BookWorm was actually a game on a few plane's in-flight entertainment systems! There's no official info (at least that I can find) about BookWorm being in any planes, but all the proof we have is 3 pictures. One Flickr post gives us a date from late 2009. Based on these few screenshots, I see tell that every letter was assigned each own number, which can be seen better up close. There was also a "Scramble" button under Lex, probably due to the game being touch screen.
