Bookworm Logo

The Bookworm game for the Game Boy Advance (GBA) is a word-forming puzzle game that blends elements of Bespelled and Scrabble. Players connect letter tiles to form words and score points. The tiles are randomly placed on the playfield, and if no words can be created, the player has the option to scramble them. However, excessive scrambling introduces "fire tiles," which, if they reach the bottom of the screen, will burn down the library and end the game. The goal is to form as many high-scoring words as possible while managing the risks of scrambling

About

BookWorm for the GameBoy Advance is an interesting one. For being released in 2004, the game still does not have much popularity for the GBA. I actually own a copy of it for the GBA, though I do not own a GameBoy. This version is similar to the Deluxe version, except for the obvious graphical differences. I like Lex's cute burp at the beginning, he's such an adorable bookworm. You can play the GameBoy version of BookWorm below.
